• The Delegate Pass includes access to all Conference Sessions, Opening and Closing Ceremony, Daily Luncheon and Video On Demand (VOD). Other entitlements will be updated from time to time, if any.

• Delegate substitution request must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email at [email protected]. Substitution of a registered delegate is only permitted until on/before 14 May 2027 between delegates from the same organization. After this date, delegate substitution will be treated as a new registration and will be considered as an additional purchase.

• You can register for Energy Asia 2027 anytime, including at the event itself. Nonetheless, we highly recommend completing your registration as soon as possible. Early registration will help ensure a smooth process and prevent any unnecessary complications.

• • If you need to cancel, a notification of cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email at [email protected] by on or before 2 May 2027. Refund (if any) will be processed and returned accordingly within 60 days after the en of the Event.

The condition for Delegate Fee cancellation charges are as per following schedule:
a) Up to 2nd April 2027 : Not chargeable

b) 3rd Apr till 1st May 2027 : 50% will be charged

c) After 2nd May 2027 : 100% will be charged
d) No show during event : 100% will be charged

• The minimum number of members for Group Registration is five (5) pax per invoice. Any additional purchase made by the Group Coordinator in the Group Registration portal on will require a minimum of five (5) pax.

• All delegates must be registered and provide the Registration Confirmation and QR Code upon check in.

• Energy Asia registration payment method is via credit card/debit card (Visa and Mastercard) only.

• A Group Coordinator will need to determine the number of members to be in the group registration. The Group Coordinator can create a profile for login, and select number of members to be registered. Payment is required before adding the contact information of the group members. Once payment is made, the system will send a registration link to the assigned members to complete registration.

• Invoice and payment receipt will be automatically sent by email once the Registration Secretariat has received the fully completed registration and the related payment.

• It is strictly forbidden to share a conference badge. Each delegate must have their own registration, with their own badge.
